As a family-owned business with six years of experience, we proudly offer a variety of recreational and competitive classes for gymnasts of all ages. Located in Pembroke Pines, Florida, we also provide summer camps and unforgettable birthday parties. Join us for a fun and engaging environment where your child can thrive and develop their gymnastics skills!
Our Programs
45 minutes 3 - 4 years old
Children participate independently in this class. They will be introduced to basic gymnastics skills and fundamental skills such as standing in line and waiting their turn. Flexibility and agility are increased while keeping a focus on building self-esteem and confidence
1 Hour 4 - 12 years
This class is geared towards children with little or no experience in gymnastics. Classes are divided by level of ability and age. A 1 hour class
Students will work on basic skills such as handstands, forward rolls, and backward rolls. They will also work on strength and balance.
1.5 Hours 6- 10 years old
Classes are designed for gymnasts who have progressed beyond the beginner level and are ready to refine their skills, build strength, and improve flexibility. These classes focus on enhancing fundamental gymnastics techniques while introducing more challenging movements and combinations.
Pre Team is an invitation only program designed for girls who show natural talent and/or a strong enthusiasm for gymnastics. Pre-team gives gymnasts and families a glimpse at structured competitive gymnastics. There is no commitment to join the competitive team after pre-team if it is not the right move for the athlete and the family.
The Xcel Team is an invitation-only competitive team. This program is designed for girls who are interested in taking their gymnastics to the next level without the rigorous time commitment of the level program while offering an affordable competitive experience.
Other Services
Gymnastics Summer Camp for Girls offers a fun and structured environment where young athletes can develop their skills, build confidence, and make new friends. Indoor activities at these camps typically focus on gymnastics training, fitness, teamwork, and creativity, all while ensuring a safe and clean environment.
Birthday parties are easy! Have all the FUN without all the mess! As your party leader, we do the work so you can sit back and enjoy your child's special day
